I was at McDonalds Carbonear, one of the employees while asked for an ice water was pushed very hard by another worker and told to “get back to work you have 3 orders”. Terrible work environment by the looks of it. Abusive if I may.

This place NEVER gets your order right. Me personally I know a lot of people that say the exact same thing and they always have you waiting far too long only to get a wrong order or a completely different order. No complaints on the quality of the food besides this is the place to go if you want a watery big mac. That is all

I went drive though this mcd for something,one indian punjabi girl is so rude that she does not even know what is customer service and the rubbish thing is when spoke with the manager of this mac d she was defending her even she didn’t let her or me speak for a sec she herself came and started taking her side she didn’t even tried to know what happened.

There’s two female Indians that work there, they gave me and my friend dirty looks and laughed at us in our faces. They gave bad costumer service in front of us at the counter. It made us feel not welcome.

It's Macdonald's. It's not the best, not the worst. The employees are friendly. The restaurant itself is usually bordering on filthy. Things are broken and left that way. It's almost July, and the dirty snow mats are still on the floors. Tables are sticky... I could go on but you get it.

I went to Carbonear Macdonalds with my friends for snacks. We had no problem with the fries being cold and soggy, the burgers looking like they were being thrown away while being made and the surroundings were dirty, and there was no ice cream, as usual. But what mattered more to us was how awful the service was from the crew, super unprofessional. Not even a hi, hello or thank you. Then, when she gave us our orders she seemed to throw them away, and when she handed the cup on the counter she dropped it very hard and looked at me as if provoking for a fight even though we ordered nicely. Very disappointing. Worst customer service ever. The cashier who handed the cup was very disrespectful. This kind of customer service must not be tolerated.
Directly in front of main door was a spill of sauce that we had to step over twice (in and out). The garbage was overflowing and my partner had to push it down with her hands. The condiment stand was full of dried up ketchup, etc. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There was a minor error on our order that caused us to have to line up again.

They put tartar sauce on my chicken wrap, worst experience from a McDonald’s not even on rush hour. Won’t ever be able to eat a chicken wrap the same. The manager even laughs at the mess ups along with his staff. Drive to bay Robert’s for ya dons.

I don’t have very high expectations for any restaurants in Carbonear .. but there has been TO MANY errors to many times .. and just complete lack of care & professionalism. This was just the bottom line .. If I pay EXTRA for a Large Fries .. I’d like to open the bag and see a large fries .. not this bullshxt ..

So dirty had to clean the high chair even then I didn't let kid eat off it. Two girls went outside to bring food came in and didn't wash hands and started to handle food right away. The whole atmosphere is off and this place needs full management change.
