I always grab my coffee through the drive-through, At best it's lukewarm, If I say so, most times they will give me another cup, However, an evening girl on tonight passed me my coffee and i knew it was going to be just barely warm because it was the end of the pot, There was another girl with her, and she passed it out and said said here try it. It's hot., I did try it and I said no it's not hot. It's actually not even warm. She took it back and said drive over to the side. I will make a fresh pot., With a look on her face That said it all, She wasn't pleased. I drove over to the front and waited not even 30 seconds and she comes, I guess making a pot of coffee only takes two seconds nowadays, Pass it to me and went on inside. I knew it was the same cup of coffee, especially after I tasted it, and it was exactly the same temperature that I just had gotten through the drive-through window, So I had to get out of my car go back inside and the lovely lady that was serving at the front made a fresh pot of coffee and finally I got a hot coffee. To the young girl on the drive-through window with the black hair, If your customer is asking for hot coffee, please give her hot coffee. Do not give her the same cup that you just gave her, If it's too much trouble for you to make another pot, maybe go get another job, I wouldn't say anything, but this keeps happening and I'm sick of it, Getting a coffee through a drive-through usually is a fast process but dealing with you, It ends up being at 10 to 20 minute ordeal., I won't even start on you guys putting cream instead of milk that's for another day. Thank you to the Young lady on the front, You actually know how to do your job and how to deal with customers without having a snotty look on your face. Thank you for making me a hot coffee.

We drove a long drive to have McDonalds Veggie burger and to be honest it is disgusting. I will say they should just stop selling it. The quantity of sauce and veggies š«” Hats off. Taste š¤®. Doesn't worth the money at all. If there is negative rating I would have given them the highest score.

Dirty restaurant, no tp or paper towels in bathrooms, no clean tables, drink station was not stocked and messy. No receipt paper in any of the ordering kiosks and staff seemed to care less about tidying up, only playing their music on a loud speaker in the kitchen to which the whole restaurant gets to listen to indian music so loud you canāt even hear the person talking next to you. Received the order, and both our chicken burgers supposed to be made with bacon, did not have any in it. When we went a returned them to the supposed āSupervisorā and politely asked for them to be re-made, she explained that those burgers were how they were madeā¦ when both ordered explicitly say add bacon. Why offer customizations if you wonāt customize them properly then try to say we, the customers, are wrong? Management needs to get their act together and train these employees to be efficient at their job. We keep giving this place a chance but after this no more.

Me personally I know a lot of people that say the exact same thing and they always have you waiting far too long only to get a wrong order or a completely different order. No complaints on the quality of the food besides this is the place to go if you want a watery big mac. That is all

It's Macdonald's. It's not the best, not the worst. The employees are friendly. The restaurant itself is usually bordering on filthy. Things are broken and left that way. It's almost July, and the dirty snow mats are still on the floors. Tables are sticky... I could go on but you get it.

I went to Carbonear Macdonalds with my friends for snacks. We had no problem with the fries being cold and soggy, the burgers looking like they were being thrown away while being made and the surroundings were dirty, and there was no ice cream, as usual. But what mattered more to us was how awful the service was from the crew, super unprofessional. Not even a hi, hello or thank you. Then, when she gave us our orders she seemed to throw them away, and when she handed the cup on the counter she dropped it very hard and looked at me as if provoking for a fight even though we ordered nicely. Very disappointing. Worst customer service ever. The cashier who handed the cup was very disrespectful. This kind of customer service must not be tolerated.

Directly in front of main door was a spill of sauce that we had to step over twice (in and out). The garbage was overflowing and my partner had to push it down with her hands. The condiment stand was full of dried up ketchup, etc. The floors were dirty. The bathroom was dirty. There was a minor error on our order that caused us to have to line up again.
