Kind of awful. Not only was the older staff lady rude, I'm pretty sure they gave me food poisoning. Not sure if it was dirty surfaces and tools, undercooked chicken or not-cooked-at-all-cookies.
The customer service was terrible and the people working there were rude and ignorant and got mad at me because I took to long to decide what sandwich I wanted and the only reason I took long is because they made me wait by the door and I couldn't see the menu so I had to make my choice at the counter
