The food was good. Service was a bit off. We started our order and another worker took over our register, to help another customer, when there was another register available. We know the other register was available because about 30 sec later the next customer was served on that register, while we continued to wait.
I only got an icecap. But it was made quickly and properly. Was served in a good amount of time.
Very slow service and unprofessional staff ....everytime i ask for something they don't have it !!
Tims used the be the gold standard. We all know what it is now.
By far the worst tims I have ever been to!
I recently visited this location and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly, the food was great and is wheelchair accessible. However it was a bit crowded and there was a wait. But all in all, it's a solid spot to grab a bite and a coffee.
I had requested a double toasted bagel as printed on label on wrapper (so it was ordered properly, but definitely not prepared properly), it was lukewarm at best. I cannot even call it slightly toasted. The butter was still in clumps. My specialty tea was not even hot in comparison to other restaurants.

Line up service very slow with only one cash open to serve people standing in line. Other cash dedicated to app users. There should be a seperate area to deal with app users with two Cash's open for lineups when busy.

Not a happy customer. Tried to order two meals there today, April 13th. When the order was taken, they had everything we requested (we asked before we ordered). One car in front of us and when we went to pay, nothing we wanted they had. They even tried (offered) to substitute with other things... Which they did not have.. we left and went elsewhere
