Food was cold and took 30 minutes. Lineups out the door and one cash person on. Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been in and that’s saying a lot. Completely disorganized and slow.

The service was very slow. It was fairly busy but I think the takeout area was very busy and slowed everything down. Customers in the rest were left waiting and food was very slow coming. The food was very good and there were 4 of us and everyone said the food was very good. It was not overcrowded but it was very noisy. A lot of noise was coming from the bar area and not the actual restaurant area. I've been to this restaurant several times so I know that slow service is not the usual here.

We know the other register was available because about 30 sec later the next customer was served on that register, while we continued to wait.

I recently visited this location and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were friendly, the food was great and is wheelchair accessible. However it was a bit crowded and there was a wait. But all in all, it's a solid spot to grab a bite and a coffee.

I had requested a double toasted bagel as printed on label on wrapper (so it was ordered properly, but definitely not prepared properly), it was lukewarm at best. I cannot even call it slightly toasted. The butter was still in clumps. My specialty tea was not even hot in comparison to other restaurants.
