Way too costly. They over charged us big time

I have been a loyal customer of Donnini’s Pizza and Donair for many years, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write. Recently, there has been a noticeable decline in both value and quality.
The pricing has increased significantly, especially for the pizzas, to the point where it no longer feels justified. Even more concerning was my recent order of a jumbo donair. The portion size was unexpectedly small for what is advertised and priced as “jumbo,” and the meat was extremely dry and overcooked, with a burnt taste. It was far below the standard I have come to expect over the years.

They got rats and treat their workers like slaves

Place was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Should have left based on that, instead ordered an insanely overpriced donair. Donair was burnt and dry. 0/5

I was really surprised to see how sparse the toppings were like having one pepperoni on a slice and also using canned mushrooms on pizza come on. I liked the crust and overall taste was average. I was really hoping for something better from what I’ve heard. Not enough toppings and canned mushrooms is a big fail for me. You won’t say it tastes bad or it is terrible but it’s nothing special. You guys should listen to the countless reviews complaining about canned mushrooms and use fresh. The people have spoken are you listening?

Little pricey on drinks and cheese cake for a medium pizza with 3 toppings not to bad witch is 6 small slices will buy pizza there again but not there drinks and cheese cake a full cheese cake must be about at least $100.00

food good but poor customer service
my gf went in paid a exp $ for the wrong order then it was fixed with no care and a bit of attitude on a fri nite
we will not b going back

Ordered a Za' and Fingers and I enjoyed it. Good food, nice staff, will eat here again.
