Donnini's Pizza & Donairs

I didn't know a donair could be messed up that badly!!! Stale wrap, dried out meat, and the sauces looked like they should have been tossed out last week. Won't be going back there.

We wanted to like this place but no. Service was lacklustre at best. Food all tasted like it came out of a can. Except the garlic fingers. They were good. Also. I’ve worked in food service and here’s a tip. Don’t sit on the counters even when there aren’t customers. That’s just gross. To anyone looking to dine-in- that doesn’t appear to be an option anymore. Tables are blocked off.

Always get their pizza and garlic fingers, absolutely amazing! Their donair sauce is delicious also. I recently ordered a poutine there for the first time and loved that as well :)

Recently ordered 2 super donairs. They were tiny and the meat was burnt. This place has gone down hill. Wont be returning.

The last time we ordered from Donini’s left a bad taste in our mouth; that was over 6 months ago. We decided we’d mix it up tonight since we were busy until later in the evening and give them another shot. It’s a Monday night, I placed my order at 8:16PM, it is now currently 9:38PM and we literally just watched the delivery guy show up. Almost an hour and a half to have pizza delivered less than 5 minutes away?We asked for the pizza to be well done, and after waiting an HOUR AND A HALF ON A MONDAY NIGHT, the pizza dough is raw! Imagine that! I don’t even know how people defend this place or bother wasting their money, the food is definitely not worth the money or the wait.

Ordered delivery took an hour when I’m 10 mins, not even from the location, forgot my dips I ordered. Cost me 75$ for a xl pizza and large garlic fingers. Pizza was not cooked fully garlic fingers had almost no cheese on them. Absolutely horrible service and absolutely will not be ordering again. Do not waste your time or money here.

This location was extremely dirty.. the staff looked disheveled.. out right cut me off in mid sentence to talk to a staff member who was leaving... and when I asked for extra cheese I was told no! Even tho I was getting a 3 topping pizza. Combo... with just pepperoni ..they said no extra cheese.. no double cheese.. never heard of this in my life.. will not be going back

The donair was pretty good — the bread was fresh and there was a decent amount of meat. The small was pretty massive, so I can’t imagine how large the other sizes must be.

Been going here since I was a kid, had pizza party’s here growing up and swore that this was my go to until tonight.. went in tonight to order and got denied because my name was on the wall “no orders to Cody kelly” I questioned why and couldn’t get a explanation… I recently had a ordered last week that had a mistake made they put green peppers on but I asked for just meat and pineapple on half, got replaced because the staff was willing to help me out, no big deal everyone’s human.. but I was told tonight I got banned for ordering for something to do with this recent order but no one would tell me why…. Just seems very unprofessional to me!!!

Dietary restrictions: Can’t eat green peppers..

Is their oven even ON? GEZ! Cook the dough! The crust should crunch, not be soft and mushy. And bologna is NOT PEPPERONI! ?
