Today was my first time trying Jack's donairs, and I wanted to give a shout out to the staff. ☺️
I was very happy with the portion I was given and my tomato, onion and cheese donair tasted delicious! I loved everything about it! The product I was served exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be a repeat customer. 😊

Jacks has went downhill so much since re opening last week under new management 😞 2 pepperonis on each slice of pizza and maybe a teaspoon of sauce! It's used to be very saucy and pepperoni on almost every bite! Sorry but I won't be returning.

We just stopped in on our way to St. John’s, and ordered a medium works well done, and it was just what we ordered and it was absolutely delicious We will certainly stop in to Jack’s again for sure.

I had to stop ordering here unfortunately because they refused to do my order for no reason other than mis understanding.
For over 6 years this was my go to pizza spot in clarenville. But they hired "new" staff and the "new" staff refused to make my order the way I've had it for all these years, I ALWAYS ordered a donair pizza with the sauce on the pizza or a pepperoni with extra cheese and double pepperoni well done ...but when I called and these "new" employees answered and I did my order they said they couldn't do it and when I tried to explain again I just wanted the sauce on the pizza instead of in cups on the side he said " no sir we won't do that" and I asked why and he just said he wouldn't?
Same thing happened when I tired to order a pepperoni " well done " I was told " we don't do that here sir " so I hang up and haven't tried since
This is what happens when you hire someone who doesn't understand the language or colloquialisms of an area and dint properly train them. They cost you customer's. Cause i really do crave some pf jacks pizza but i think back to my order of many years being refused and I don't want to even try anymore.

I had ordered a 16in meat lovers pizza and it was fantastic! The staff were respectful however because of their ethnicity it was a bit hard to understand them which is no fault of their own. The pizza was made fast and was delicious the next day!

Pizza was delicious. The service was above and beyond. We were from out of province and needed directions after we picked up our pizza and the staff was so helpful. Definitely 5 star and I would recommend!!
