Seems like something is changed in mary browns batter recipe. A lot of people are finding it isn't as tasty as it used to be. Still ok, but not like it was.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The girl at the front was incredibly arrogant, dismissive, and spoke to us with a rude attitude from the moment we walked in.

Good food can never make up for poor customer service. We left feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

Had a great experience at Mary Brown’s! The food was fresh, hot, and really tasty. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the taters were amazing as always. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and provided quick service. The restaurant was also clean and welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat. Highly recommend!

A few days ago, I had the chance to speak with one of your crew members named kyushi, I think I spelled it almost right.

She had a warm smile and carried herself with great professionalism. Even while she was busy, she took a moment to ask about my day and had a kind, genuine conversation with me.

I would definitely be going back to have some chicken - and have this experience back again :)

I recently visited Mary Brown’s and was served by Pavi, and she was wonderful.
She greeted me warmly and made the ordering process smooth and easy.
She was patient, attentive, and very polite throughout my visit.
Her positive attitude really stood out and made the experience enjoyable.
Because of her great service, I’d happily visit this location again. 😊

Typical fast food chicken place, decent service and the food was good. A bit pricey for a chain restaurant. Had the chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were good and the fries average.
