So very yummy! So much to choose from =)
They have so many options it can get overwhelming, but their icebergs of the month never miss! In 2024 I had Nanaimo and in august 2025 it was blueberry lemon cake and had pieces of actual lemon cake and it was so delicious! I got their smallest size and it was still more than enough. Staff are always so happy there too. I go out of my way to stop here on my travels.
The line can be a tad long on a hot summer day, but it is always well worth the wait. Huge selection of ice cream flavors, lots of parking, and friendly staff bring us back over and over and over every single summer. This is our family go-to spot for ice cream. 100% would recommend.

Bergs is a summertime tradition. Love this place.
The workers are awful. Came in after one family, waited in line behind them, moved back due to a fussy toddler and a boy took our spot. The boy then got served before us, but whatever. But then the server looked at me after serving the boy and immediately turned and served the woman after me. 100% intentional. He served the person in front of me, looked at me then skipped me. Not accidental at all. I refuse to spend my hard earned money in a place that doesn't want it so I walked out after that garbage. The woman knew we'd been skipped and allowed it, as mom helped her in! Got ice creams elsewhere. Won't be back.
Best ice cream in town! They have something for everyone, you'll not be disappointed.

Good one
Lots of flavor options, lactose free options, dairy free options, and toppings. Staff were friendly and service was quick. The only downside is the price. $17 for two regular waffle cone ice creams is on the pricier side.
