Great service and food but, the place was super small and not very appealing to the eye. Great look outside, but inside wasn't great

Flabbergasted and so very disappointed and sad over my experience this evening at this establishment. It was my first time ever having ordered food, I was treating myself after I had received 2 referrals from people in my community. All I wanted was a late of fries, dressing and gravy that I had been craving for a couple of days and being a person on a low income, finally saying that I deserve a treat only to have to pay 16.00 for a small order, the fries were soggy, smaller than my pinky finger and just the WORST fries, dressing and gravy I’ve ever had to the point I couldn’t even eat it, no exaggeration!! I was anticipating fresh cut home fries but what I received and spent almost 20.00 on was Outrageous and I swear it was frozen grocery store shoestring fries in my order , I’m still hungry and would have been better off keeping my money and going to grab a McDouble or something much cheaper and fit to eat down the road atleast I’d be going to bed with some food in my tummy . I was expecting so much more in regards to quality and price of the food and the restaurant, lessons learned for me tonight but unfortunately it was a terrible first experience and impression that left an awful taste in my mouth and a grumble still in my tummy. ? my order was so bad it ended up in a burn barrel, I even tried to give it away but nobody wanted it cause it looked so bad and unappetizing, unappealing to eat!

Ordered cheese fry’s and this is what I got. Called the store and there was nothing they could do besides charge me an extra $5 for stuff that was already supposed to be on it. $20 for dry fries and cheese when the website stated otherwise.

We stopped here on our way from St. John's to Deer Lake, and made sure to have supper here on our way back. From one coast of the island to the other, this restaurant had the best food, quality was top notch and most friendly service. As a mainlander, other restaurants provided polite service but Kristy was super friendly and welcoming.

The menu at this restaurant is wonderful I love the mixture of flavors and the options for the different sandwiches. We went on a Monday evening and it was quite busy there was only one server and she was definitely overwhelmed it was not her fault but it took a long time to place orders and receive orders luckily she still managed to greet with a smile and our food was fabulous.

Utter disappointment in the food. How do you charge $17 for a double burger that doesn't weigh a total of 125 grams? The patty was almost paper thin. Crusted and hard almost all the way through. My gums were so sore I had to stop eating. This happens when there is not enough meat. Also, a handful of French fries which again were so thin they were overcooked. Unless you spend more than $23 you are not getting an actual patty. You getting flattened-out ground beef. An order wasn't correct so it had to be replaced. Also, a feature from a meal was missing but at this point
there was no sense in asking. Overrated.

Been there a number of times, it’s been hit or miss, more misses than hits with service & food. Was in today, no one else was in the restaurant, walked in & waitress didn’t even say “Hello”, we asked for a table, was told to sit anywhere, table was sticky, daughter ordered a large caesar salad, came out, tasted off, very vinegary, told waitress, she took dish away, said she would tell the chef, daughter didn’t get anything to replace the salad, got the bill & they discounted the meal “$1.60” WOW, unbelievable, wont be going back there, too bad, loved the location.
Little local place that feels like a diner. Truly great, very friendly service and absolutely delicious homemade desserts. The dinner portions are just right and the food was really good.

Food was amazing and so was service. Went to the CBS location. Great price for the portion and everything is made in house right down to the condiments! Will definitely be back!

is barely ever open. tried 4 or 5 times a week to order but they closed 2 days a week, and then only open for like 4 hours each other day.
Can’t say anything for Atmosphere but I ordered here last night, through Door Dash, and the food honestly wasn’t edible. For an $80 order I expected better. The coleslaw on the burgers made them soggy. The beef patty was dry and my dog had a hard time getting it down. The chicken from the chicken burger was soggy in the middle for some reason. The pulled pork nachos … well… I tried to eat one and I just couldn’t get passed the bland Wonton chips, but greasy, and whatever sauce was on them. I was hopeful for this place but sadly will never order again.
