This is a horrible kfc for service, you pre order for a certain time then you ate told you have to wair when you show up to pick it up. You get the wrong sides,no forks and no dipping sauce.

I stood at the counter for nearly 10 mins waiting to place my order while the counter staff person was vacuuming and I was told I had to wait for him to finish and put away the vacuum before he would serve me so I ended up leaving without any food. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager will be addressed regarding this matter and head office. WORST SERVICE EVER.

I will not be returning to this location anymore, as I have consistently recieved poor service. The same lady serves me every time and I always leave wondering how someone could lack such common courtesy and decency.
Today, I pulled up to the speaker with my window already rolled down. I waited and waited and waited, with rain blowing in my face, for a long time for my existence to be acknowledged. [I worked at Tim Horton's for many years and would ALWAYS greet the customer as soon as they pulled up to the speaker. If I was too busy to take their order I would welcome them and then say "just one moment please" because that's common courtesy.] After sitting for quite a while, I wondered if the workers were even aware I was there so I said "hello" and was immediately barked at with "One minute!". Okay, so the sensor does work. You just don't have the decency to acknowledge me. Good to know.
After parking in front of the building waiting to recieve my order, the same lady who always serves me brought my food to the empty passenger side of my car and stated what it was. I told her the order was incorrect. No apology. No acknowledgement that I even spoke to her, actually. Without saying a word, she just huffed and took the food back into the store. I was left wondering if there was another long wait time for them to cook more food, because if that was the case I would prefer to get my money back, so I went inside. Not a soul to be found on the front counter (which there never is, hence why I go through drive-thru) After a couple of minutes, I called out "excuse me" to which the lady poked her head around the corner. I asked her if there was a further wait on my order. She said no and handed it to me.
There was another time I was asked to pull ahead and park. That same lady came out to the parking lot with a bag of food. I waved at her. She stood there for a moment and walked back inside. I waited about 15 more minutes before going inside only to find out that was my food she brought out and she didn't see me even though I was parked right in front of the door and waved at her. She didn't have common sense enough to ask the person on the window which car I was driving, or walk up to either of the parked cars to find out who owned the order.
Every time I've gone inside, I'll stand there for a good 10 minutes before I even see any employees and I'm always served by the same lady who always makes me feel like I'm a burden for being there.
Today was the last time I give this location my business. Everyone is entitled to have an off day here and there but the service is here consistently poor.

Slowest KFC ever. The app is completely useless and they don’t even consider looking at your order until you get there. Waited for 10 min in the drive thru (with only 1 person in front of me) then another 20 minutes!!! Because they were busy and needed to MAKE CHICKEN. Shocking.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever had at any fast food place the worker who served me was extremely rude and that’s not even to mention that when I got my order literally anything and everything that could be wrong with my order was. It was like they heard my order and did the exact opposite of what I said. I would not recommend going here as it has terrible service.

I would go to KFC CBS every couple of weeks. Never went to Mary Browns. The last couple of months i could never get white meat. I do understand that it cannot always be done. We never eat dark meat. But you should be able to get it at least every couple of times you go there. The last straw was last week. I went in and asked for a 4 piece with white meat. The worker behind the counter said it would be a hour wait. I called his bluff and said i would wait then he said he cant do it because no more chicken could be dropped because they were closing in 5 hours. Yes i said that correct 5 hours. I just laughed and left. We go to St. John's now if we want KFC. Do better CBS KFC - I go to Mary Browns in Kelligrews and have never been turned away.
