Surprisingly great service. We visited there when we were going across the island. The staff there is very friendly and helpful much more than the usual mcd’s

The establishment was noticeably unclean. The staff’s demeanour was unprofessional. I had a question, but I was unable to get served at the front counter because one employee was on break. Consequently, the front counter was not operational. My child requested a refill, but the staff informed him that they no longer provided refills. They also suggested that he should have consumed his drink more slowly.

It’s just a McDonald’s. Good service at this particular one, never had any mistakes in my orders. As clean as a McDonald’s gets. New interior, good play place.

Weird, unwelcoming entrance, strange, confusing layout. They have to mess with something that was working well. And it takes twice as long to place an order on those stupid kiosks.

Overall their place is great, love McDonald’s. But every time I go there, I order a quarter pounder without cheese. Every single time I pay for my meal and when I get it, I always have double cheese on my burger. Even though they put the sticker on the box that says “quarter ham without cheese.” If you’re gonna give me a burger I did not order at least put the right sticker on it😭

Asked for no cheese... which the hamburger arrived with..
Asked for ice tea.. received rootbeer.

Didn't get a full order of fries, tables were dirty and the place was like an ICE BOX! We had to take our food out to the car to eat it. It's definitely too cold in there to sit and enjoy a meal.

I was waiting for like 10 minutes for service, But then we walked away and When I say we, I mean me and my friend But we were waiting for like 10 minutes and then I said we walked away and other people went there they came helping them and then when we asked for spoons, we got forks and the workers were just rude. They didn’t give us a chance to order before saying that If we aren’t ordering get out, But we were only there for like one minute and we were sitting down. They didn’t give us a chance to order in the service. sucked and all the workers were rude.

Order a ranch wrap happy meal get home and the wrap has Mc chicken sauce on it like 30$ and half the food was wrong someone needs to do there job
