I had to come from Paradise, and I tried calling the Subway store 4–5 times, but they never answered the phone. I just wanted to ask if the veggie patty was available or not. But when I placed an order online and drove 20 minutes to get there, the staff told me, “Sorry, we don’t have the veggie patty.”

If you don’t have the veggie patty, then either cancel the online order or answer the phone when someone is trying to call. They neither answer the phone nor cancel the order when the item is unavailable. And they even prepared the sub without the patty. I don’t know why the staff behaves like this.

I went there at 9 and ordered 3 cold cuts on white. the first two went fine minus her toasting one without being told to. Went to get the third for myself and there was one white bread left which i thought was perfect, just enough for my order but then she saw there was one left then she refused to serve it to me because ‘there’s a regular customer that usually comes around that time and she wants to leave it for them’ like really? that customer wasn’t there, i was. refusing to serve a customer because someone MIGHT be coming for it? If it was already paid for or reserved, i’d understand but I had to go home hungry all because someone Might be coming. I’m not one to leave reviews but I feel this was absolutely ridiculous. Poor customer service, cured my subway craving right quick.

Today I was totally taken unawares when we dropped into Subway while out for a walk. Usually it is for lunch either eat in or takeout but today it was just for a coffee. Waited in line for about 20 minutes to place order only to be informed by a lovely server..\"sorry, there are 4 of us here BUT NONE OF US ARE TRAINED ON HOW TO MAKE COFFEE\". ( On we go to Tim's for a caffeine fix......sign in window....store closed today at 3 pm....Staffing Issues). Good thing I got a sense of humour....
