Absolutely the worst front store service. Always waiting for someone to serve you. They are more worried about drive though then customers in front of them

My London Fog was cold. Awful! They had no sausage for breakfast sandwiches so offered bacon instead. Not a good taste and very dry. Won’t have that again. Very very long lineup and very long wait at the speaker and just as long waiting at the pick up window as my latte wasn’t ready. And of course wasn’t made hot either. Not recommended to visit this spot.
Tims awesome. Goes there every day.

Unfortunately this particular location has very much gone downhill.
My average wait time in the drive through over the past two months and been about 10-11 minutes with some visits reaching as long as 20 minutes of wait time.
Multiple time I’ve been told what I want is out of stock and I’m offered substitutions, which is normally fine but often when I get the window to pay I’m told that also don’t even have the substitution that they offered me.
On the rare times I have gotten my full order there is usually mistakes made as well, typically missing modifications.
I feel bad because the staff are very friendly but it’s completely unreasonable to spend 15 minutes waiting for food that they never seem to have.

Nice place, but the lines can get really long. Tim bits are great and I like their new pizzas. I recommend trying the peach thirst quencher, it’s AMAZING!

They need to have more chocolate chunk cookies made throughout the day, they never have them in stock after diner
More modern looking Tims with fast and friendly staff! Always well stocked and the food is fresh. The only issue is a feeling of "get in, eat, and get going". Besides that, there's always time for a cuppa Timmies and a treat! Well worth a visit!
