I normally come at lunch time and the service is great but the crew you have for supper time not the best seam to be rushing

$10.34 for a burnt sandwich that completely ruined the taste of it. Are these people not trained? Would bring it back but didn't open till I got home and it's about 1 hour and 10 minutes return drive.

I love their new supreme stack and pizzas. Service is great and staffs are friendly and willing to help always. They always have assortment of donuts and muffins every time I visit.

The staff here are often so unfriendly. Sometimes they’re neutral, but they are very rarely positive. I find the staff here make me feel like I’m a burden. They’re more worried about getting the drive thru line through (which is important, but not at the expense of friendliness). I’ve been told this is the same franchise owner as the other locations in CBS. I just find it funny how different the experience is (in an unpleasant way) than the stores close by.
To be fair though, this store has more donut snd muffin options.

This place used to be one of the best Tim’s, recently it’s really gone down hill. Getting my order of almost 30$ of food and drinks just to find out over half of it isnt even remotely close to what I asked for, scamming you out of points by just refusing Tim’s cards or pushing the debit machine in your face and walking away. Service has just dropped in quality and it’s a shame.

I have been to this tim’s plenty of times. The last few times, they have not got my order right a single time. The bagel they even gave me was cold (not even my order) and the other wrap they gave was also cold.

Not a review but a Tip: Order ahead via the app at least 10 minutes before you want your order. That should give enough time for them to prepare it if they are busy.

Worker Camryn is a fantastic worker is always so kind when I come in definitely deserves a raise.

Always get good coffee from this Tim's. Staff is super nice and the drive through goes quickly.
