The staff here are often so unfriendly. Sometimes they’re neutral, but they are very rarely positive. I find the staff here make me feel like I’m a burden. They’re more worried about getting the drive thru line through (which is important, but not at the expense of friendliness). I’ve been told this is the same franchise owner as the other locations in CBS. I just find it funny how different the experience is (in an unpleasant way) than the stores close by.
To be fair though, this store has more donut snd muffin options.

This place used to be one of the best Tim’s, recently it’s really gone down hill. Getting my order of almost 30$ of food and drinks just to find out over half of it isnt even remotely close to what I asked for, scamming you out of points by just refusing Tim’s cards or pushing the debit machine in your face and walking away. Service has just dropped in quality and it’s a shame.

I have been to this tim’s plenty of times. The last few times, they have not got my order right a single time. The bagel they even gave me was cold (not even my order) and the other wrap they gave was also cold.

Not a review but a Tip: Order ahead via the app at least 10 minutes before you want your order. That should give enough time for them to prepare it if they are busy.

Worker Camryn is a fantastic worker is always so kind when I come in definitely deserves a raise.

Always get good coffee from this Tim's. Staff is super nice and the drive through goes quickly.

Please stop charging $2 for spreads if there isn’t anything going on the food. This is continuous with this location.

I was recently at a Tim hortans location today to order my daily Bacon Grilled Cheese, I was told that the Grilled cheese is no longer sold at any locations anymore and I just wanted to voice my complaints that this is extremely devastating as this is what I looked forward each day, the Tims grilled cheese was just life changing after a long day at work and I would kindly appreciate if you brought it back.

My mother was argued with and degraded this morning at this location in Kelligrews because she wanted to order mayo on her breakfast sandwhich. First, over the intercom in the drive thru. The staff member debated with her that mayo should not go on it. My mom insisted it was her choice and she wanted mayo. Before leaving the parking lot she checked and there was no mayo.She then went inside I'm the kelligrews location and asked politely to have mayo added. The staff member argued with her over this and so my mother asked to speak to the supervisor. No help was offered by the supervisor whose name is Aconcha. Instead, Aconcha decided to humiliate my mother further by not only repeating that "mayo does not go on it" but also by laughing and smirking at her along with the staff member.The attitude at this location is atrocious. I have had an issue with this specific manager as well a couple of months ago and have not returned to this location because of that. I did not write a review at that time but I'm completely disgusted at the behavior from staff here and hiw my mother was treated.

I like the fact that their baked good display is so much brighter and nicer than all the other locations. Also, they seem to be the only location that don't drown their donuts or timbits in glaze. That was so refreshing to see. All of them other locations need to follow their example.
