Tried the meatloaf mac&cheese and fell in love, I had to take a moment and take off my glasses and reflect and all the past meals I’ve had. Best service and chef Brady is one of the best on the island

Had the cod bites and chips. The cod was really fresh with crisp coating. Fries cut on site and are plentiful. We had an order of onion rings, really liked them. Shared with 3 people and was plenty with our meal. Service was good, picked our own seat and was served promptly. Staff friendly and helpful. Only gripe I have is 3.50 for a can of pop, Otherwise had a good experience.

Amazing service. Sat the bar and our server was fabulous. They were busy but quick, funny and the food was outstanding!!!

So disappointed. We went to this restaurant and were seated, received menus and then were completely ignored while the waitress was standing at the counter on her phone. We waited thinking they just might’ve forgotten but they never did come back to the table. Other people arrived and were served after us so we got up and left. No one said anything, they just let us walk out. I have been here before and enjoyed it. But the real clincher was that I left a review on their page to say what happened and instead of addressing it, they deleted it

Great place for breakfast, great portions. Nice service.. not super busy at 10.30am. I recommend if you are looking for a bite in a diner style.

We were excited to try this new restaurant but were met with a line outside the door. Once inside, we quickly realized it was much smaller and more cramped than the Facebook pictures led us to believe. We stood for about 5 to 10 minutes while one of the staff members tried to organize who had come in at what time and who needed seats, which was overall very confusing. It’s so small that I felt bad for the customers sat down eating as all of us waiting for spilling onto their tables and essentially on top of them. To make matters worse, a local politician came in behind us and was quickly ushered to the bar to sit down, despite us being there before him.

We were finally offered to sit at the bar and have a coffee while waiting for a table. However, there were no menus or coffee, and we were not acknowledged. After asking for a menu, we ordered a coffee, which took another 10 minutes to arrive, and it came without creamer or anything to put in it. We asked for cream, but the staff member seemed more concerned with the people at the door than acknowledging us, which was interesting given how we were not acknowledged when we walked in. It was hard to understand why they were more focused on greeting people at the door than getting us a table, especially since we were next in line.

Additionally, we noticed that someone came in asking for a takeout order and was quickly shut down, being told they weren't taking takeout orders. However, a few minutes later, another person came in for a takeout order and was accommodated. This inconsistency added to our feeling of being forgotten, and the lack of organization didn't inspire confidence that we would have a good experience. We decided to leave and paid for our coffee.

We understand that this is a relatively new restaurant; however, it has been open for a few months at this point, and we would have expected generally better customer service. We understand things are busy, and we know it's a hard job, but even just some information on wait times would have been great. More friendly customer service when sitting at the bar, such as providing menus and acknowledging guests, would also be appreciated. We truly felt like a hinderance for even showing up.

The restaurant was very cramped, unorganized, and understaffed. It was disappointing because we knew if we had stayed for the meal, it would have been an extremely long wait. I would suggest improvements in organization for people coming in when there is no seating, as this seems to be a regular occurrence. More friendly customer service when sitting at the bar, such as providing menus and acknowledging guests, and providing an estimated wait time would also be appreciated. There was no information on what was going to happen next, which added to our frustration.

Unfortunately I cannot comment on the food as we didn’t get an opportunity to try it. I hope the owners will take this feedback and improve because as this point, I would not recommend.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very cramped. There’s no way a wheelchair would fit in here.

Burgers and Milkshakes were great, but the fries had the texture of Udon noodles. The flavor was good, they need to fry them at a higher temperature. I'll go back again, but skip the fries.

Good number of options for brunch. My party had a breakfast burger and skillet type dish with hollandaise. Breakfast burger was good, thick sausage party and good flavours from the sauces. I would prefer a heartier bun to better contain the sandwich contents though. Busy spot, but they just opened so I think that will ease in the future.
