Haven’t been here in a while, the burgers and onion rings have certainly loss quality. The onion ring batter all fell off and the burger had two little tiny pickles and one skinny strip of bacon. Don’t get me started on the paper thin slice of tomato. Wish I had taken a picture!

Very gross. First thing I noticed is all the crumbs and satins all over the floors. Finger prints all over backs of chairs. We had to ask someone to wipe down a table for us since all of them were dirty. Keep in mind it was not busy. She then proceeded to wipe it down with water and throw all the crumbs on our chair. Since we have been here last they have replaced the toilet brush which is good since it looked like it had been there since A&W was founded. Bathrooms were atrocious! Taps barely work, toilets are brown inside, chipped paint everywhere.
Last time we will be here. This place really needs an upgrade. Such a shame because staff is very friendly.

The second you walk in all you can smell is old fryer oil, which would indicate it doesn’t get changed and perhaps the fryer doesn’t get cleaned often.
The far bigger issue is that as I was headed toward the exit a door had been left open into what I think may have been a storage room. I caught a glimpse of a mouse scurrying around in there.
We ended up throwing out our food.

I didnt want to leave a negative review because I eat here multiple times per week and I was so excited you switched to 24hr.
But like I’ve heard from others, the food late at night is beyond terrible. I couldn’t even eat the burger I bought at 2am last night, I had to throw it away when I got home. The patties were dried to a crisp and grey/crumbling on the inside. Crunchy and without a single speck of juice left in the meat. The bun was also dry and hard but that was far less egregious than the meat. I couldn’t understand how anyone would serve it, and all four patties purchased were like it.
We were the only customers the entire time we were there. So please tell the night workers that they dont need to make so many extra patties just sitting there with no traffic, they could even just make them to order during those hours. Also, please tell them to leave the bags the buns are in closed, or not leave them in the toaster just sitting there with no traffic. Whatever the problem is that makes them consistently crusty late at night/early morning.
Sorry, im really not one to criticize employees, but i really want to see a change so I can trust coming here late in the nights.

Pretty average A&W experience here. The service is always good, and the drive through is usually quite quick. I usually order the beyond burger, but sometimes it is out of stock and don't find out until after paying. Now I remember to ask before ordering. The onion rings and sweet potato fries are quite good.
The drive through has some major divots in the asphalt near the window, so just be warned about that when pulling up.
Best burgers and onion rings. Best breakfast and onion rings to go withh it :) Also, lettuce wrapped teen burger.... the best!

Normally they get it right but for some reason the last time I boght a beyond meat burger (my fave) they completely messed it up. They used regular onions instead of red onions and mayo instead of mustard. It didn't taste anything like what I wanted. If it weren't for the fact I used door dash I would have brought it back.
