“We dropped in to this restaurant bc we were driving through Corner Brook, in the mood for sushi and the reviews were great. DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The food was fresh, the staff were on point with a good old Newfoundland welcoming and aside from a bit of an awkward location, the atmosphere upstairs was incredible. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone and look forward to returning the next time I'm in the area!”

“My go to spot! Breakfast, lunch and baked goods all made fresh, delicious and fast! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. They also offer specialty and expresso drinks. The girls who work here are awesome and very accommodating! Highly recommend!”

“Food was absolutely delicious and fresh. The server was so helpful since it was our first time there she went over the menu with us and recommended dishes for us which was perfect. The only thing I would suggest is to have it a little warmer there we found it really cold while waiting for our food. Not a fancy place but the food was will worth the trip”

“I always go to microbreweries to drink local beers and Bootleg is fantastic. Really great IPA and cool place. Loved talking to the friendly staff and other patrons about beer, local adventure sports (esp skiing) and mutual friends. Will go back next time in Corner Brook for sure.”

“Great study and work spot in Corner Brook with free wifi, lots of seating for the size of the space. The cafe has lovely bright windows and very friendly and thoughtful staff. The ordered cappuccino and London Fog were good, but the raspberry scone and oat cake were both a bit dry.”

“I love fish and chips, and was a bit disappointed when I couldn't find a good fish and chips restaurant in Newfoundland after 2 weeks touring until I hit Newfoundland Comfort in Corner Brook; plus they used cod fish not haddock! The ribs were delicious too...2 thumbs up for both.”

“We visited for a quick bite on a Sunday. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun. Our servers were all super friendly and professional and made food and drinks recommendations that were on point. For food we enjoyed the wings, tuna tartare and some fries. Everything was hot and fresh and the wings had an excellent coating that stood up to the sauce nicely. This location is just off the downtown strip and only a 15 minute walk from the cruise docks. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an elevated local experience. I do only wish they had a selection of local beers on tap. We would return for sure.Vegetarian options: The menu had veg and vegan alternatives, just ask the server.”
