Pho Vietnam is a welcoming Vietnamese restaurant that offers an excellent dining experience. The staff are sweet, gracious, and polite, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The chef's creativity shines through in each dish, which are described as authentic, fresh, and well-presented. The menu features a great selection of vegetarian options, with everything in the vegetarian section being vegan or able to be made vegan, except for V1 due to the fish sauce. Customers have enjoyed dishes like Tofu & Vegetable Curry with Coconut Milk and Noodles and Singapore Noodles, which are served in decent-sized portions and are very tasty. However, some guests have reported communication issues with the staff, particularly regarding food allergies. The Vietnamese beef stir-fried noodles remain highly recommended, while the pad thai has received mixed reviews. The owner, Thy, is humble and gracious, and the overall experience is praised by many customers.
