“I don't know how long they've been open for, but i feel like I've been advertising their coffee everywhere I go for over 10 years. The best low acid coffee I've found. I've been experimenting with cafe's in larger cities throughout Canada, and I just can't find anything any better. The cookies and sandwiches are amazing as well. Have always had top notch service. I travel out of my way to stop in here.“
“A delightful little cafe in the Corner Brook Plaza. Much nicer than the 'golden arches' outside. Very peaceful at breakfast time with freshly-cooked items. The apple strudel is especially good! And the staff and service are always great.“
“Made a reservation for 2 for an anniversary, when we got there we were seated at a very awkward small table around a lot of people despite the place being fairly empty . Our server julie immediately came over and noticed the discomfort in our seating and asked us if we’d like to move anywhere at all ! AWESOME service . We both had the steak meal and I must say the presentation was amazing and the seasoning / cooking was awesome but the quality of the meat was a little disappointing. I will add that our awesome server Julie did let us know prior to ordering that they didn’t have their regular steaks and had striploin instead so for that reason I’m maintaining a 5 star rating just to give the benifet of the doubt . I’ve had breakfast here before and the food was amazing then as well ! . Julie our server was absolutely amazing . “The coffee is fantastic, the woman working at the counter was very friendly, helpful and patient and the oatcake was the best oatcake I've ever had in my life by a mile, I eat a lot of them but no other one could compare. So moist and soft, even just writing this makes me want to go back for another.“
