Aroma's Plus Reviews
Decided to take a drive to Corner Brook for Father’s Day. Went to Aromas and was given a menu. Nobody came to ask us if we wanted drinks, people came in after us and were given drinks and had their order taken. We left and went to Jungle Jim’s. Service was excellent. Very disappointed with Aromas plus. One of the servers even asked another server if we were served. When he said no, she passed our table and proceeded to clean another. Just saw a post on FaceBook where you charged a customer over $24 for a salad with turkey. How can you justify that price and don't tell me it was real turkey like you told her. Aroma's Plus offers a mixed dining experience with some inconsistency in service, as some servers are attentive while others may overlook customers. The food quality varies, with the steak sandwich being a disappointment for some diners. Despite this, the restaurant features a private dining room that provides a pleasant atmosphere, especially suited for holiday gatherings. Customers appreciate the comfortable ambiance, good prices, and great hamburgers, which keep them coming back. Recent reviews highlight a wonderful selection of food at affordable prices, including fresh burgers, delicious pea soup, and perfectly battered fish with very good fries. The restaurant also offers homemade desserts and cold plates to go. It is kid-friendly with a kid menu and wheelchair accessible tables, though there are no stairs to enter. However, some experiences have been less positive, such as overcooked pancakes that lacked flavor, reminding visitors that occasional off days can happen.
