Service was fine. The food was really bad. I had the wings and fries basket. It wasn't just not hot, it was actually cold. I've seen crispier rubber bands than those french fries. Very unlikely that I ever go back. Disappointing to say the least.

Service can be spotty depending when you go. Some of the servers are great checking in and some drop your food and don't check back...The food is hit and miss also. I'm very disappointed by the steak sandwich. I was looking for the steak!

Just saw a post on FaceBook where you charged a customer over $24 for a salad with turkey. How can you justify that price and don't tell me it was real turkey like you told her. This is outrageous and I will no longer be supporting your business as well as other people who read you article showing the reciept. I don't know about you but I can't afford to lose business cause I gouge people. We need every customer we can get these days in these trying times. A little is better than none.
