The Hew & Draw is an amazing hotel, events, entertainment and food venue. Staff and management are superb. Service is exquisite and their food quality and menu is 5 star. This is THE hotel to frequent if you are staying in Corner Brook, NL or looking to book your next business event or conference!
We had lunch as a party of four. The service was quite slow, especially the bar service, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. The fish and chips had two fish fillets with heavy oily batter but the chips were crispy and tasty. One person had the smash burger with overcooked patty and raw onions on top. The bun was slightly burnt but tasty. For four entrees and four drinks it came to &130 (without the tip). Overall an ok experience, but not great.

The cheeseburger nachos were loaded with all the flavour of a great cheeseburger. They were a meal in themselves. We had the creme brûlée and the custard
cake for dessert both of which were just great. Drinks and coffee rounded out the evening beautifully. I will say also that the service was quick and the server so attentive and pleasant. Thanks for a lovely evening.
