Food was decent. There was only one waitress for the whole restaurant on a Saturday morning. She was literally running between tables at one point, in order to get customers seated, menus given, orders taken, food brought, bills brought and people cashed out. Service was actually great, (I don't know how she managed to do all that with a smile) but eating your meal while watching one frazzled person trying to do the work of two, does not give a great impression.

We had a really bad experience in this restaurant last night. But our waitress Emily made it much better. She was very apologetic and thoughtful. We were approached, very aggressively by the manager because he thought we sat ourselves but we did what the sign said, and waited until we were seated. Even though we told the manager that we were seated by the waitress, he never apologized for his behavior and we believe he told the cook to wait to prepare our order. It took an hour to be served a steak, that was way over cooked. The waitress, Emily was a doll and didn't charge us for the steak even though they prepared a new one. She must have felt terrible about the way we were treated by the manager.

Very poor meal, waited an hour, steak was like leather, fish burnt on the end but the waitress was great and we didn't pay for the meal we didn't eat. Every place has an off night but it's how is dealt with that matters I think.

we ordered two beers, one blue hawaii, 3 fish and chips, and a caesar salad, ate everything in 10 minutes, so so good

Food was really good. Got the breakfast burrito. The server Arron was amazing. Fun! Jovial give that guy a raise.
The food was great, had a breakfast poutine and it was nice and filling
my son had the chocolate chip pancakes and realy liked them. I loved the bite I had of them so yeah they were nice and fluffy and the chocolate chips were great.

We've been coming here for years now and have to say, the best service ever tonight! The food was delicious, and the service (Amber was our amazing server) was absolutely perfect. No fake server lines and just genuinely wants you to enjoy your meal/drinks out. Honestly the best service we've had in a long time anywhere.
Keep it up Crown and Moose, your Manager must be something right! Good on yas Keep it up!
