I placed on order over the phone at 8:43pm on February 21st for combo 8, they told me to come within 15 minutes, I went there and told the person in the reception that I’m here at exactly 8:57pm, she told me to wait. I waited and took some chocolates they put at the front for customers in a bowl, I put one in my pocket as I thought I’d have it after the dinner I was supposed to pick from them. An older man came out and asked what I was doing, I was taking pictures of their menu, then he asked what’s in my pockets, showed him the piece of chocolate I took as I thought it was meant for customers since the bowl was in front of the cash facing the customers side of the glass barrier. He then told me they are closed, I told him I placed a pickup order, he then said the kitchen is closed it’s not possible.
Firstly, you guys accused me of stealing by checking my pockets, is it because of my rugged clothes? My tired clothes is my pride as a working man. I left your store feeling terrible and disappointed, you guys made me feel miserable.
Secondly, why did you tell me to come pickup the order if it wouldn’t be possible? Horrible communication skills and disgusting treatment of people. I ordered from you guys in the past, now I’ll never come back again.

Will not go here again. Food was cold. Had to ask for it to be heated up. Still barely warm. Rice was tasteless. General tso chicken was tough and no heat. Too much ginger. $36 for a drink, coke, soup and a plate of food. NO THANKS

The atmosphere here is wonderful! The decor is really cultural. Go eat in and see what I mean. Also the honey garlic spare ribs are to die for. When I come next time, I am ordering a whole order just for me!

Food was tasteless. Served a bowl of cabbage without chicken when it was supposed to be chicken chow mein. Very little pork in the pork fried rice. The rice had the same texture as minute rice. Sweet and sour pork was: sweet and sour deep fried fat. They serve canned gravy with the chicken soo gai. I can keep on going but you get the idea. Save your money and get a microwave meal. It’ll taste better!!!! They need a new cook.

This has to be the bland-est Chinese food I ever had. The pad thai was tasteless, gummy and looked non-appetizing at all. Singapore noodles barely had any meat in it. And it's too expensive for a mediocre quality. Will never buy again.

Fish tank was way too loud had to leave. Maybe try takeout next. The noise was over bearing. Asked to shut off for the time we was there. They figured the fish would die because the pump was on for an hour
