The service at the drive thru was good BUT when I got home the chicken was burnt like it was reheated in the oil and the popcorn chicken was every bit like a marble, hard as a rock. Not edible at all. A $40 order went in the garbage. Exactly when it belonged.

Food is as always, the customer service isnt good. Came here, just asked a usual question, they started talking like i am offending them. The drive through people need to talk and behave better, the person on the drive through also shut the window on my face when i was talking. I hope this review makes a change for other people who are going to visit.

I have place the order with uber today and i don’t know who so ever the person contact me weather it’s form uber or restaurant they told me to cancel the order because restaurant don’t have that item or it’s unavailable so i cancel the order i got charged by 15.51 dollars then they said we have that item nor i get the food or refund and restaurant said nothing to do with us you have call uber they also didn’t provided me any solution there is always something wrong with uber never received fresh food from kfc i would say they always have technical issues or serve very bad quality food zero star

Went here on the way to Pride. My daughter just say down with the drinks and the food was at the table. Only problem was the gravy was watery. The food was fresh and hot which matters to me.

I eat here quite a bit as KFC is one of my favorite places, however I find the food is a hit or a miss. Some days it's great, other days the total opposite. Buns on the zingers and big crunch often Very hard and not fresh.

2 night in a row I went to kfc on west street corner brook Newfoundland. First night it was 11:20 pm I had to tap on the glass at the order window because nobody would respond at the order speaker. When they came to the window they were already cleaned up for the night with no chicken available. The second night I went there at 10 pm they never had any white meat available and was cleaning up for the night. They close at 12. They are taking buckets of chicken home with them in the night time and not selling it to the public. All runned by Indians and phillipinos. And whenever you want there spicy chicken wings it's a 10 minute wait time
