I always was a fan of Louis Gees every since it opened. Over the last year or so I find its changing drastically. I was there just last night. The place was discussingly filty. I ordered a slice off vegetarian pizza, was none available so the gentleman said if you want to wait 15 minutes or so I will make one, so I waited and waited. when it was ready it was the wrong pizza, they made an Hawaiian pizza. Such a difficult review because they have the best food around — but lately , the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered .
Last week I called and the man on the phone said he couldn’t hear me so he screamed at me and told me never to call back — when I went in to place my order, I asked him why he was so rude on the phone, he then proceeded to yell at me in the restaurant telling me it was my fault.
