I love Louis gees. I eat there way more than I should 😅. Best donair, and donair sauce by far. Honey garlic fingers to die for if you haven't had them. Going to buy pizza somewhere else tonight though. I called for a donair pick up and was hung up on after saying "pick up order please." The 2 following times as well. called for 10 more minutes probably 40 attempts between 830 and 840 and got 1 pick up in that time frame and hung up on before I could even speak. 5th pick up I asked the guy to not hang up on me so I could order and he told me to "Watch my f****** attitude or he wouldn't take my f****** order." I hung up and decided to spend my money elsewhere tonight. Unimpressed in that one employee. Otherwise love this spot.

I paid $80 for one pizza and one Donair. the Donair was a medium and they gave me such a tiny wrap that it was so sogged, I couldn't eat it. when I called to see what they could do, I got yelled at.

What truly makes this place special is the team; every staff member goes out of their way to ensure you feel welcome and well taken care of. A special shoutout to Osama and Samir for their exceptional service—they truly make a difference. Ignorant, came out the back door and challanged someone to a fight cause he asked why they wouldn't cook at pizza at 11:15 at night. Absolutely ridiculous, then had the nerve to say he was racist cause he was gonna go public about what he did.
