I want to say something about the wait staff. I had a terrible experience with the guy with glasses behind the counter. This jerk set up a speaker and blasted music throughout the entire establishment. This isn't a disco bar, it's a place where people come to eat. When I told him to turn the volume down, he didn't respond. He responded to everything with a smirk and a joke.

Quaint little pizza shop with donairs too! Pizza by the slice or even take home and bake pizza. They have a wide selection of pop available. I got the donair, and was puzzled in its presentation but once I got over that, the meal was quite yummy.

I always was a fan of Louis Gees every since it opened. Over the last year or so I find its changing drastically. I was there just last night. The place was discussingly filty. I ordered a slice off vegetarian pizza, was none available so the gentleman said if you want to wait 15 minutes or so I will make one, so I waited and waited. when it was ready it was the wrong pizza, they made an Hawaiian pizza. So I waited again for a bit. I get my order and went home. Once I opened up the box I was very surprised and disappointed. They actually took a piece off pepperoni pizza and chuck green pepper and mushrooms on top of it, never even put it in the oven. I do have the picture..Not what I was expecting for a restaurant who's been making top quality pizza for years and years...

Such a difficult review because they have the best food around — but lately , the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered .
Last week I called and the man on the phone said he couldn’t hear me so he screamed at me and told me never to call back — when I went in to place my order, I asked him why he was so rude on the phone, he then proceeded to yell at me in the restaurant telling me it was my fault.
Today I order a medium donair. The cost was $22 because I had extra cheese.
When I arrived home, I noticed there was hardly any cheese whatsoever , I called back and I asked what could be done as there was hardly any cheese on it and im a repeat customer— she proceeded to tell me that she did it herself, and she doesn’t believe there’s no cheese on it (I must have removed it) so I brought it back and she started to yell at me in the store saying she knows how to do her job and I can leave and never come back (I said nothing) — all of this is recorded — something needs to be done before they lose every customer they have .
