Beware at this particular McDonald’s. Seem to short change on condiments and food. Picked up a kid meal and only 3 nuggets instead of 4 and ordered BBQ sauce for several packs of McNuggets and got one BBQ sauce in bag. I often prefer to go to Walmart McDonald’s instead of this one.

Visited McDonald's today and had a disappointing experience. I asked for one set of pancakes, but the staff seemed distracted and didn't seem to listen. They told me to drive through without clarifying the order or total. Staff wasn’t wearing any hair net or gloves. When I collected my order, I was surprised to find FOUR sets of pancakes instead of one. Definitely not what I asked for and paid 4 times more as well. Hope they work on their communication skills! Not good enough have to throw out everything.

Ever since they did the renovation and got rid of most of their original staff nothing has been made right. Every time I’ve ordered since, I’ve had to argue about items missed or made completely wrong (chicken bacon wrap given instead of sweet chili as an example). Quality has gone extremely downhill too and there’s honestly no point in coming here unless you’re so loaded at 3 am what you get won’t make a difference.

Order was completely messed up. Asked for a coffee with 1 milk and 2 sugar, it was black. A small Mcflurry that was already melting. Large fries that were cold and soggy. Poutine had a singular cheese curd. Burger was missing just about everything besides a drop of ketchup. I get mistakes happen, but this is catastrophic levels of ineptitude

My boyfriend and my friends boyfriend picked up food a little after 12:00 am and my friend who had a Big Mac with lettuce and my boyfriend who had lettuce on his burger as well are both now very sick. My friend was throwing up last night immediately after eating and my boyfriend began this morning, me and my friends boyfriend both had burgers that had no lettuce so I imagine it was bad lettuce that made them both so sick. Service and food wasn’t good apart from this anyways, the fries were served cold and burnt up, I almost chipped my tooth on something very hard in my burger and my friends burger had the cheese almost completely hanging off of her burger patty. Check the lettuce on your burgers before eating them at this location.

Very unimpressed with this McDonald's. Saw 2 kids stand at the counter for 10 mins waiting for a refill for their drinks. Then the servers walking out among the customers talking in a foreign language to another worker behind the counter. Unacceptable your working in a English country please use the language as for the food just threw together. Worse McDonald's I have been to

Newly decreased seating and lighting is uninviting. Bauhaus interior is reminiscent of Soviet Era Brutalism. No more refills, just grab your gruel through the drive through. Not even affordable anymore. Not the McDonald's you grew up with. No playplace, birthday parties or GameCubes. Only sadness. I guess even the smiles aren't free here anymore.

Worst MacDonalds service I’ve ever had! Sat in line-up for 25 minutes. One line was moving and the other wasn’t so I pulled ahead, ordered at the window, and spoke to the manager at the pick up window. After several more minutes waiting the manager apologized. When I got my food, it was wrong. I ordered a double Big Mac with added bacon and I got a plane double cheeseburger that was cold and no fit to eat. Not a good feeling after being on the road all day 👍.

When we did a pick-up order, we waited a long time for our food, and when it finally came, they got a bunch of things wrong. They forgot to give me fries, and to add tomato and bacon that we payed extra for. As well, we got 2 happy meals, and they gave us the same toys. My niece and nephew were disappointed. This isn't an isolated incident. Every time I go here, the staff are very unfriendly and look like they're bored. They never smile and they make you feel unwelcome- as if you are an inconvenience for getting them to do their job. Would not recommend.

The staff aren't trained properly on how to make the food or take orders, always getting new manager's that rarely know to meet the standards, or they just don't know what to do, everything been going down hill throughout the years, and it's just going to get worse before it gets better, and that's if it's ever going to get better.
