Recently renovated. Nice inside but the service is awful. Chronically understaffed and staff seem consistently confused and overwhelmed. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to on the island for service.

Recently renovated, lots of unique seating and you can order to the table.
Rarely do I have issues with the food, but the park and order service has been pretty slow, there’s much better service in the drive thru or at the counter. I almost exclusively use the app to order and rarely find issues with it.

Came here with some players from my soccer team in the hotel next door.I had a strawberry smoothie and 91 salt pack (They only gave us 36 🤦♂️) our food and drinks were very good ,clean chairs, clean bathrooms. Very nice employees. 4 stars 🌟

Beware at this particular McDonald’s. Seem to short change on condiments and food. Picked up a kid meal and only 3 nuggets instead of 4 and ordered BBQ sauce for several packs of McNuggets and got one BBQ sauce in bag. I often prefer to go to Walmart McDonald’s instead of this one.

Visited McDonald's today and had a disappointing experience. I asked for one set of pancakes, but the staff seemed distracted and didn't seem to listen. They told me to drive through without clarifying the order or total. Staff wasn’t wearing any hair net or gloves. When I collected my order, I was surprised to find FOUR sets of pancakes instead of one. Definitely not what I asked for and paid 4 times more as well. Hope they work on their communication skills! Not good enough have to throw out everything.

Ever since they did the renovation and got rid of most of their original staff nothing has been made right. Every time I’ve ordered since, I’ve had to argue about items missed or made completely wrong (chicken bacon wrap given instead of sweet chili as an example). Quality has gone extremely downhill too and there’s honestly no point in coming here unless you’re so loaded at 3 am what you get won’t make a difference.

Order was completely messed up. Asked for a coffee with 1 milk and 2 sugar, it was black. A small Mcflurry that was already melting. Large fries that were cold and soggy. Poutine had a singular cheese curd. Burger was missing just about everything besides a drop of ketchup. I get mistakes happen, but this is catastrophic levels of ineptitude
