don’t know who they find to work at this location but the staff were rude and not knowledgeable about anything and the customer service was poor as it can be…the restaurant was dirty, the food was borderline cold, and they wouldn’t even refill my drink. After the wait I had to receive my order you would think it’s the least they would do for me…. *sigh* At least they still do free refills in GFW McDonalds and that’s where I’ll be going from now on… and to top it all off after my meal I asked for an ice cream in a dish for my child, not a cone because that was she prefers and they tried to charge me for a sundae because to them it’s “a sundae with no toppings” HUH???… NO that is not what I asked for. I told them just because I don’t want my ice cream in a cone and want it in a dish doesn’t make it a sundae, you shouldn’t try to scam customers let alone kids like that! That put the worst taste in my mouth at that point. Something needs to change with this location, no wonder the reviews are all bad. I also felt very uncomfortable as the staff were staring at me the entire time and what looked to me was them gossiping in their native language while staring….. I definitely won’t be coming here again until the customer service drastically changes…. I miss customer service 10 years ago where people actually cared for the experience people had.

Consistently slow service in the evenings, which is the only time I come here. Not to mention servers won't even talk to you. Said "can I get a large coke zero and a vanilla cone" She punched something in that came to 4$ and walked away. Didn't say my total, didn't say to put my card in, just walked away. Then, I finally do get my order- with the total time for my order of 1 cone and 1 coke coming to 13 minutes. She hands me my coke & cone (Without a word said) and walks away without giving me a straw. This is all without mentioning 2 other people who had their orders taken after mine got theirs (both icecreams) before me. After asking her for my straw and getting it to no response I added a sarcastic "thanks, yku have a good day too" to which I was met with a roll of the eyes and a glare.

Edit: forgot to mention the 10:00 closing time is complete bs. They're always locked up like fort Knox at 9:30ish.

Edit 2: Another visit now, just waited 10 minutes for them to try and give me a cold coffee. Eventually got it and it was disgusting 👍

Edit 3: 10 Minutes for a breakfast sandwich, large fries and a coffee at breakfast time (with nobody ahead of me), just for them to give me a small fries :) love it

Usually McDonald's in Walmart are not as good as regular standalone location. Not this place. The food is put together with care, it looks just like the photo. Staff are friendly and you can tell they care.

Staff do not have time to do many tasks at the same time, because of this there are constant queues, they should at least install one screen for ordering food, it will reduce the workload on the workers, recently I waited 20 minutes just to order. This is not ok

The morning staff is usually very fast and friendly. But the noon staff gets so slow. I only had a 15 min break and it took almost the entire brake to get one icecream. The staff should focus on the customers that actually bothered to come in to the store over the online pick ups.

Ordered through mcdelivery and received a notification my order arrived 30 minutes ahead of time… went to check and the food was nowhere to be found. After calling support they said the driver did not leave a photo and they could not reach the driver. They refunded the money spent but I lost 14000 points… before the refund I asked if they could just resend the order and they told me no and that I had to remake the order through the same service. Ended up having to pay the difference as I didn’t have enough points. Very disappointed with this service. The quality control for drivers must be terrible given the fact they couldn’t even reach their driver and provided no follow-up.
