Park West welcomed my wedding party and family last month and catered our weddding the following day. Not only did we have an amazing experience ourselves, our guests have raved over the quality and flavors of what was offered. We wanted the food to stand out and Adam worked with us to give our wedding guests the best possible experience. From fresh oysters and hor d'oeurves at our cocktail hour to a generous buffet at our reception, every dish hit the mark. They offered delicious alternatives to cater to specific dietary restrictions that everyone loved. Adam and his team even stuck around and made fresh pizzas at the end of the night. If you are looking for a restaurant that will go above and beyond for the biggest day of your lives, we cannot recommend Park West enough.

Really cute restaurant in corner brook with lots of seating indoors and outdoors. I ordered the mushroom gnocchi with a side of salmon. It was a huge portion of food and I had plenty of leftovers. The sauce for the gnocchi was to die for (like an heavy cream sauce with lots of parmesan) and the salmon was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

We ordered the garlic fingers, fish and chips, and the wonton nachos.
The wonton nachos were good (and massive), but it arrived cold - the cheese wasn’t fully melted and the chicken had that spongy texture that comes with pre-packaged and pre-cooked chicken chunks from Sysco/GFS.
The garlic fingers pizza had more of a non-yeasted and improper non-cold-fermented cracker crust and was glorified garlic bread. Tasted good, but was it a real pizza? Not really.
The fish and chips were decent. The shoe string fries were a welcome change, but the fish was probably the worst we’ve had (relatively) throughout our travels through NL. It wasn’t bad by any means, but out of all the other places we’ve had it, it ranked lowest.
Overall, a decent dinner - a little pricy for what it was, but not terrible. Plus, given the limited options in Corner Brook, it’s probably still a top contender (which isn’t saying all the much).

My daughter Ally had her wedding at Park West a few weeks ago and I couldn’t wait to make this review. From on-going consultations with Adam for almost a year, along with many visits to the restaurant to go over logistics, to the set up and decorations on the day of, we were treated professionally and warmly. Adam and Lloyd made sure everything went perfect for us, and it was felt by everyone who was there. The food was quite simply superb, how they managed to serve a large group, and each meal was done to perfection, amazed me…and I come from a restaurant background. All the staff were accommodating, friendly and professional. Thanks so much Park West! And “Long may yer big jib draw!”

Our Family went for supper here tonight for the first time and I would highly recommend this place. Our server Emily gave us the best service, she was very friendly and informative. From the drinks to the dessert, we cannot say anything bad about our meal, hats off to all involved in making our meal from the time we entered Park West until we left. We will certainly be back.

My husband and I chose Park West as our venue for our wedding reception. One of the best choices I’ve made in life is choosing my husband to marry, the second? Choosing PW to host us! It was genuinely the best time, the service was impeccable, the food was incredible (we’re a week out and we’re still getting messages from our guests raving about it!), and the atmosphere was dreamy. The attention to detail was next to none, they took care of my every need. I had to literally last second change a meal (right before they served that table) and the way the pivoted and banged out an incredible custom dish for my guest blew me away. They didn’t skip a beat! It was a night I’ll never forget, and I’m so so so glad we chose Park West to have our reception.
If you’re thinking of choosing them… don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed! Adam, Lloyd and the whole team at Park West are a well oiled machine and will take care of you ten fold.
PS. I ate there multiple times on our trip - and every single thing I’ve ate and drank was insanely good. Whether it’s a date night, or an event you’re looking to host, you’ll be in good hands at Park West!

Worst French fries ive ever had or seen for that matter! Overcooked and cold.Slow service if any. Gravy was brought to me upon completion of meal. Receipt needed to be requested. Needless to say I do not recommend and will not be returning.
We had a team of 5 for dinner & Trivia Night last night, it was superb. Great fun, 10 teams taking part, very slick & professional Quiz Master & assistant, good pace, good range of questions. We had dinner, wine & beers, & it was all excellent. We particularly appreciated the female servers who could not do enough to make sure we were happy, well fed, & never short of drinks or anything. Highly recommend Park West. Its interiors are lovely, & the deck out the back with views over the stream, is leafy & lovely. There's another deck out the front too. Go!!
