Very disappointed in the customer service tonight on an online order for pick up.
Ordered a build your own pizza and chose to not select a cheese option to signify that I did not wish to have cheese added to the pizza. Pizza was picked up and unfortunately had cheese on it. While I totally understand that for most people a pizza without cheese isn’t commonly ordered, and may seem a little strange, it is a dietary restriction. And nothing on the website alluded to cheese being an automatic topping. When we called to enquire about it no offer to remedy the situation was made whatsoever. Now the hanger may be getting the best of me here but as someone who works in the service industry I understand this time of year is a little tougher on businesses, however a veggie pizza without cheese seems to be a minimal loss in order to keep a returning customer.

I had the BBQ burger and the bun was way over toasted to the point of it crumbling and it was DROWNED in BBQ sauce! Could not taste anything else. Took 20 minutes to get my coffee.
