Amazing customer service from Jenn at Subway at Murphy's Square, Corner Brook. We made a large order for a work function and Jenn and her team provided plenty of food and great service as usual. I would definitely recommend!

Jack is the Problem, he puts cheese on weird, didn’t know where anything was located, had to ask a man eating his sub where things were, he was a very nice fella but when we asked for cookies, he put them in the box horizontal which is a problem. the drink i had was flat. when i tried to get napkins they kept getting stuck in the dispenser which led to me ripping them apart. This never happen before when jack wasn’t working. food wasn’t half bad.

they messed up my order i asked for cucumbers and they put green peppers this was a doordash order so i couldn’t see what they were doing they should read properly when making online orders very unhappy

Never got what we asked for! They were very dis- organized - everyone appeared to be NEW to the job! They need to look at their Bowl photos and try to do better. They were out of supplies like cups, etc. Definitely need more training! The quality of the food is what keeps us returning! Good Luck! Here’s hoping for better service going forward!
