Very disappointed have been there many times but today Aug 7 I was there between 1230 and 1 pm and to my surprise no employee seemed to be serving in the restaurant only serving drive thru. I waited for around 5 minutes at which time I decided to leave not only did I leave but there was another gentleman waiting as well and he left as well. Not good enough service...

Great typical Tims with friendly service. It does get VERY busy depending on when you arrive. We were there just before 11am on a weekday and the lineups inside and outside were long. They didn’t last long and soon it was we slow again. But just an fyi.

Frequent this place almost daily drive thru. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there's the very rare occurrence where the coffee isn't fresh.
Dump those pots after 20 minutes👍🏼 No exceptions!

Went out at 5:15 today. Wanted to get wedges an ice lemonade 1 medium stepped tea and 2 large stepped teas, the didn’t have wedges no big deal is later in the evening I can understand that. They then told e that head no stepped tea. They didn’t offer to make it or say I’d have to wait they just said they didn’t have enough. This is after me waiting in line in the drive through for about 5-6 minutes (which is not big deal) and then sitting at the speaker for about 1-2 minutes to order. So even if everyone in front of me ordered tea they still head time to make a fresh pot. No excuse to not have any stepped tea. I worked at this particular store twice before and certainly know how things are sapose to work. Not the first time I have head a similar experience at this location either. To add to the displeasure when you place an order they don’t welcome you you meet with a sharp “take order” that’s not only at this location but all of them. I can’t express how frustrating it is to see the steep decline of customer service bothe with this place and with the chain as a whole.
Coffee was great. I just have black dark roast coffee so it's tastier then the original in my opinion.
I've been to one. the only thing different is the server.

Worst service yet why’s there only two people working in a TIM HORTONS, they had no sense of customer service they need to be retrained as dealing with them is frustrating experience.I ordered two coffees and stood there for a while and the guy didn’t care AT ALL, and the girl saw me and started making my order and gave me a half a cup of coffee cause a fresh one would take 5 more mins.
