Coffee was great. I just have black dark roast coffee so it's tastier then the original in my opinion.

Worst service yet why’s there only two people working in a TIM HORTONS, they had no sense of customer service they need to be retrained as dealing with them is frustrating experience.I ordered two coffees and stood there for a while and the guy didn’t care AT ALL, and the girl saw me and started making my order and gave me a half a cup of coffee cause a fresh one would take 5 more mins.

Ordered at drive thru, 2 four cheese bagels , toasted, added cream cheese and bacon. Barely any cream cheese. Only put on one side. Basically they put cheese on and scraped it off. And got 1 slice of bacon on each bagel. And this cost me $11.25. They should be ashamed of themselves. Not even getting my money's worth. Last time I will ever go to this Tim Hortons location. Steady brook Nl.
Always great service with a friendly smile great great staff I will return for more chicken I love them they're my favourite and my chicken breast. Kentucky fried chicken cannot put the taste flavour and the moisture like Mary Brown Meri Brown has the best legs in town and white meat is my favourite but I can eat a chicken like if the meat is light enough black dark in colour's my favourite. I am no longer customer Kentucky fried chicken because their chicken is to dried up so dried up dad it takes the skin off your gums around your teeth.they cannot keep up the competition from Mary Brown's has the best chicken in town corner Brook Newfoundland Canada

I’ve lived in steady brook for 16 years and this Tim Hortons is consistent in its disappointment.Today I ordered a honey bacon breakfast sandwich while staring at a picture of it from the menu and my sandwich was literally just a piece of bacon between two pieces of English muffin. How do the employees not know how to make something that’s being advertised on the menu with a big picture?It is not the fault of the employees, rather a colossal failure of management and whoever franchised this branch. How do I know this? Because their employees change but the service of this Tim Horton’s stays subpar. Shame on them.I know I’m not the only one with this perspective as all my friends agree that this Tim Hortons is subpar in every way. Make your complaints heard, guys. Name and shame this branch - it is all they deserve.

I went there and simply asked about espresso machine that they have or not but there was a lady. She treated me as worst customer. There were more two guys over there and they were pretty nice. I just wanna say if you can’t do job very well then please quit. You guys no need to make other people day bad. Don’t be rude with customers. This attitude never gonna take you succeed. It was around 7:10 pm august 1. Quit it okay!!!
