The scanner was broken so they couldn’t scan my points. The wait was extremely long and the server didn’t know how to use the till or understand the difference between tea and coffee. Very frustrating place.

The dirtiest restaurant I was ever in. The bathrooms were disgusting, the tables were filthy and the chairs. Not very inviting.

I just spoke to the "manager" and she was trying to tell me how to order things when I did order it the way she was suggesting it. When I told her that for inconvenience I should have my order remade due to their error not mine she hung up on me. The customer service is horrible. I dont recommend going to this tims. Never had issues with any others in the area.
