I love Tim Horton's but this place does not have comfortable seating. If you do want a reasonably comfortable seat you have to sit beside where people are lined up at the two registers and looking down at what you're reading or writing. The design is horrible. The place is nice and the workers are nice as well, but they need to tear out the seating and rearrange it. The single tables are fine, but that one big long seating bench by the registers is horrible and the only comfortable seat option.

There was absolutely no line and it took ages for someone to serve us , no name tags as well . There was a guy serving us- thats the only way i can describe him as he had no name tag on , he needs to learn customer service , felt like i was taking coffee from a robot . None of the staff smiled or made us feel welcome there.

IT IS GREAT.

The food was delicious! I ordered the Iced Cap and the chocolate glazed donut. The Iced Cap is sweet! Not at all bitter like I thought it would be.

The service was great and very fast. Good job to the staff.

The place had a good amount of places to sit. I stayed for an hour doing my schoolworks and it was good. Not too noisy.

Overall: A really good place to hangout.

Stopped in as Google said it was the closest coffee shop to the new hospital. Walked in and it looked and felt like a more classic Tims. Service was fast and friendly, and the coffee was perfect.

Loved the hockey sticks as door handles.

I thought tims was 24/7?? No treats after 7pm some days after 6pm.. Not one person on cash, waited over 15 mins to be served. Not one white person, call me racist, I don't care but I find it challenging to understand what's being said.

The worst experience i ever had in there …. No greeting to customers … there was 3 customers standing in the line but they ignored them… supervisor is there but there is not team work.. seems slow but still the service we received was so bad… one customer just leave coz of waiting at least you need to tell customers that you will taking orders shortly its the basics of customer service i guess…..
