I eat here often, usually the same ham & cheddar sandwich.. they mess it up most times. I ask for no tomato or sauce, as the sauce has changed and it taste NOTHING like ranch. Also because i don’t usually eat it right away, and the sauce makes it soggy. When I last ordered, I got home and noticed it had sauce. I went back, went inside, explained and asked for another. Same way, no sauce no tomato.. I made it home again, only to find my sandwich had no lettuce. I have had to assemble my $8 sandwich at home. Add lettuce they forgot, and use a better sauce because theirs taste like vinegar. Not to mention my coffee is NEVER stirred. It’s unfortunate, but I may be changing coffee places.

Slow drive thru, with service being friendly enough but forcing you away as fast as possible. Consistently, two people at the window are just getting you to book it asap. This can all be blindsided but what can't is the coffee that is NEVER 20 minutes fresh... during the middle of the day. Went around 4pm and coffee was absolutely disgusting, tasted stale & burnt and was just not a great experience.

The only problem is its hit or miss with chilli.. Some days it's available and others its not. This last time I had the Chilli its was improved in quality, a little more substance!Now you gotta have it available!!
