For a long time I’ve loved going to Tim’s in the morning before school and getting a drink and now that my favourite drink is back that’s what I’ve been trying to get. Every morning I order a candy cane white hot chocolate and I always try and make it clear and you can see on the screen that’s what they put in for your order but every time without fail they give me a normal candy cane hot chocolate. It’s extremely disappointing so I don’t think I’ll be going anymore

Tim Hortons valley mall has got to have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed! Getting screamed at because I said one second is unacceptable, then went to the window to have the manager get mad because I said said one second. Just nuts that’s not the only issue, a couple weeks ago went through at 10:40 (they don’t close till 11) just to get one coffee they wouldn’t answer the speaker so I went up to the window and got laughed at put in a complaint and obviously nothing changed. This point it’s just unacceptable.

This location specifically is very slow. The drive thru line up takes a very long time to get through but when you go inside it seems you are not the priority because you are not in the drive thru... Phyllis is very helpful at the front counter!

Went to drive thru, the order taker took payment and told she could give me a refund as she never had rice. And then suddenly she changed words and she said she has one. I took rice bowl maybe it was the last portion of rice and they were undercooked, if you guys dont have enough and good to serve please dont serve it.

The staff was completely unorganized. Service took forever, the tables were not clean,the garbages were overflowing and the bathroom was not maintained at all. I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons location.

Open 24hrs but never has any food available in the evenings..your not able to get anything off the menu except for timbits, muffins, bagels yet most of the time you can only get one kind of each and it's the kind nobody wants..why be open then?! Need to be stocked better for evening customers 🙄
