For the past 3 days I went to this Tim Hortons, for the past 3 mornings I was handed a tea instead of the coffee I ordered… how hard is it for a coffee shop to give you a coffee

Open 24hrs but never has any food available in the evenings..your not able to get anything off the menu except for timbits, muffins, bagels yet most of the time you can only get one kind of each and it's the kind nobody wants..why be open then?! Need to be stocked better for evening customers 🙄

I ordered a wrap and it wasn’t wrapped properly. Everything came out when I went back to get a new one, and they made me wait about 20 minutes. There was lady inside got mad and started yelling like she was mad at me.

App said that I could order the flatbread pizza. So I ordered it and waited next to the mobile order pickup. Stood there got 8 minutes clearly in the view of the workers (who were standing there talking). Eventually went to the front counter because I wanted to know when it would be done, only to be told that they wouldn’t make the pizza because “they cleaned the machine half an hour ago”. Not that they couldn’t make it, but that they simply decided “eh, I don’t want to clean that again”. Made me wait for 8 minutes only to get nothing to them because they couldn’t be bothered to clean the oven again.

Great coffee Great service. But you need to change the lids on coffee cups. Servers pick up coffee cups by the lid with their bare hands and people put their lips on it...I never drink from the lid, I always take it off first. Please change these unsanitary lids....
I used to enjoy visiting Tim Hortons before heading out to visit my Mom. I went to the O'Connell location and no cheese croissants! So I went to the one on Mt.Bernard...still no cheese croissants- they offered me something else. Not happy.

"Right then, this Tim Hortons? Bit of a dilemma here. Great coffee, as always, but there's this one employee, oh she's a right piece of work! Think her name's Takshinu or something like that. Heard the other gals call her assistant manager, fancy title sure, but gives you the wrong impression altogether, eh? Treats the staff terrible, right loud and obnoxious! Seen her out by the smoke pit a few times too, bad-mouthing the very people she's supposed to be leadin'. Now, I don't care what your fancy title is, some respect goes a long way, right? Show a bit of humility, Takshinu!"

This is the best tims to go to. The other Tim Hortons can't compare to this one. They get the orders right, they actually give you what you ordered. We have not had any issues at this one the staff is great.
