We just went in for coffee and obviously Tim Bits! Unfortunately for a customer, he spilt his coffee on him and the floor, feeling quite embarrassed. I told the staff and straight away, they moved the gentleman to another spot, gave him cleaning items for the coffee he spilt on himself, cleaned the floor and gave him fresh coffee. The staff were excellent. They were very professional.Thanks also to Phyllis who chose the best 10 mix Tim Bits for me!Drinks, service and staff are great!

It's hard to rate it well because the night staff really don't want to do anything, but the day staff work so hard to do a good job.Stop in at 11 pm? Latte machine is down for cleaning. Ok fair enough. Return at 11:30, sorry, latte machine is down for cleaning. ... ... try again at midnight, or 3 am or 5 am... you guessed it. Down for cleaning.Here's the thing, I'm a former Tim's employee, who used to clean the espresso machine. The cleaning cycle is automated and runs for less than 7 minutes, with a little premeasured tab of cleaning powder.It's not down for cleaning. You just want me to go away. It's not the McDonald's ice cream machine guys.

Muffins and donuts, and timbits after 5pm needs to be filled up, your restaurant should not look like it is going close with stock so low or empty:(

Always consistent good quality and service. I especially like the slow cooked lime and cilantro wrap!
