Canton is a great restaurant run by a very friendly couple. The food is authentic and comparable to other restaurants in bigger cities. The mushroom egg drop soup is the best, and the portions are generous and affordable. The ginger beef is very flavorful, and the beef fried rice and honey garlic ribs are also quite good. The restaurant only accepts cash or debit and has been in operation since June 2023.
