Went through drive thru asked for 3 bagels double toasted with butter and they burnt all three bagels. Service was nice and friendly but I didn't want my bagels burnt to cr*p. Three coffee's and 3 bagels came to almost $14, crazy for 3 bagels toasted with butter and 3 coffee considering when I worked there it used to come to $8..... Wow Timmies you sure do make your $ worth.
Went in to buy some smile cookies because the firefighters were outside promoting the cookies for their community, the store had none. So the volunteers were outside for nothing basically because the store cant manage their stock. We went to the other tims and they said they had a LOAD so we bought 12. Good on them. Thank you to our local fire department you guys are great.

Line was long but moved quickly. Once my boyfriend and I got to the window, my boyfriend asked her if we could get a cup of water to go with our order to fill up my water bottle. Instead of replying nicely she was quite rude while giving us an answer. My boyfriend and I both work at Tim Hortons as well and would never talk to a paying customer like that. We were just passing threw and decided to get something next time we will for sure wait until the next Tim Hortons.
