Not sure what was going on today but the crew seemed under prepared and overwhelmed at the rate the customers were coming through the doors. Many coming in and walking out due to the line up right out the doors. Took over 1/2 hour for us to get our order.

No water so the store was closed, waited in the drive through for 10-15 minutes only to find out they had no hot drinks. Waste of time, put signs up before the drive thru obviously.

I love coming to this store every morning before work. Getting my morning drinks and treat . Always greeted with positive attitude and smiles! Especially with my serve I always seem to get , Tiffany. Best of my day even on bad days, drinking my coffee and seeing the little smiley face she has drawn on my lid.
