Country Kitchen Reviews
I tried for first time a traditional newfie dish, pea soup with dumpling. And was 😍 amazing, loved. People were kind and the price was fair.
It was exactly what I wanted from a small town dinner. I had a basic breakfast. The eggs came out the way I ordered and the home fries were perfect. The bread for the toast was delicious. Service was fast and friendly.
Thanks for breakfast.
Lovely people, good basic grub. Nothing fancy, but the kind of basic-staples restaurant that isn't as common these days.

Country Kitchen offers delicious meals, with generous portion sizes and friendly staff. The homemade bread stands out, setting it apart from chain restaurants. Despite outdated menu prices leading to a higher bill than expected, the quick service and kid-friendly atmosphere make it a great dining option. Located in a mall parking lot, it is easily accessible for all customers. The restaurant is located in Gander Mall, and the service is excellent, though it is an older place that could use a renovation. The food is good, and the wait time is short, making it a convenient choice for a satisfying meal. Customers praise the home cooked comfort foods like the cod au gratin, which is nicely done, and the cold plate, which offers a very good portion size so much so that some take leftovers home. The club house with fries is also popular for a perfect lunch, and the staff is very kind and helpful, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Overall, it is a place where visitors can enjoy hearty meals and friendly service.
