The customer service never disappoints! They food is always fantastic, such a wonderful relaxing atmosphere! We have yet to be disappointed! Perfect place for a date night, in our case, celebrating our anniversary!
We enjoy dining in the Mystic Dining Room quite a bit - one of the best places in town to eat, no question. However, recently we have preferred to eat in Sinbad's Bar adjacent to the Mystic. It offers all the same excellent and extensive menu options as the Dining Room (even with a few extra bar specials), and the same cocktail/drink/beer options. Free breakfast included with the hotel stay. Buffet style. The server was friendly. The food was pretty standard. Not an overly large selection but also it was a Wednesday morning. Maybe weekends they have more.

Mystic Dining Room offers a pleasant dining experience with commendable customer service. Their breakfast menu, though limited, features delightful sausages, hashbrowns, and a highly recommended omwich. For dinner, the steak stands out as a must-try—tasty, tender, and cooked to perfection. The Scallop appetizer and French Onion soup also receive praise, with the soup being very cheesy. The chicken fettuccine has mixed reviews, as some find it great while others note the generous use of thyme.
The staff is attentive and accommodating, especially for dietary needs like sodium sensitivities. The moose burger, chicken gumbo, and Tuscan chicken fettuccine are fantastic options. Service is warm and cheerful, making guests feel at ease. While the decor feels slightly dated, particularly the tired carpeting, the great food and excellent service make it a spot worth returning to.
