East Atlantic Tandoor

Just had one of the best dining experiences ever!!! I travel frequently travel to GFW for work and unfortunately didn't know about this place. I really enjoyed the ethnic choice of flavors which was tailored in spice level to your liking..... had to order another order of rice to finish off the plate (lol) which they didnt even charge me for 😁. If you enjoy food with authentic, fresh flavors, different from all the other boring fast food options, it's definitely a place to add to your list. I will be back again. Come, visit, EAT (see what I did there) and enjoy.....you won't be disappointed.

Delicious Tandoori chicken! Attentive service.

Very Nice restaurant, delicious food and so freins Ly service! I wish they were nearer from Quebec! And the price are very low, 109$ for two people with a bottle of wine the best food at the best price!

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We had the butter chicken and the lamb Roganjosh. Both were excellent, expertly prepared with the perfect balance of spices and heat. Would highly recommend.

Ordered the Mixed Tandoori Platter to go and was not impressed. 1 cup of rice, 1 chicken breast which was the highlight of the course, half cup of butter chicken sauce with 4 more chunks of chicken, so there was little sauce. 3 hard as a rock shrimp, dryer then a dessert. And a 2 by 2 square of salmon which had the skin on and was somehow dryer then the shrimp. The salmon is not what is on their online website. It was supposed to be a rack of lamb which was what enticed me to order the Platter.

The Platter was 36.99 without tax or tip. I was expecting larger portions for such a price point. I finished my take out and was left still hungry. What of waste of money. The waitress also had no idea if it was salmon or lamb when I asked at the restaurant

Overall, the chicken was tasty. The rest was not. If I could post a picture I would. Not impressed, not sure if I'll be back or make another recommendation to any working friends in the area.

Honestly I can't speak highly enough of East Atlantic Tandoor. We were in GFW from Twillingate on a day trip and decided to try it out. The service was top notch, attentive and quick. When we mentioned we liked our meals spicy, they increased the spice level and provided additional (rather tasty) chili sauce. Both the Chicken Tikka and the Butter Chicken were excellent. We ordered vegetable samosas as an appetizer and they were large, hot, crispy and flavourful. Prices are extremely reasonable. Chickpea, peas and potato side dishes were great. Naan was properly charred and had the right amount of stretch and moisture. Honestly, great, a stand out in any city, and an unexpected pleasure in GFW.

Video:: these springrolls were grabbed TO GO. 15 minutes later I ate them at home. This is the authentic crunch their homemade sprinfeolls made 😍 no sog. Crisp on the outside. Soft and divine fillings on the inside.

They offer a mouthwatering variety of Indian, Indo-Chinese, Canadian, and Indo-Canadian fusion dishes, each one crafted with care. If you’re not sure where to start, their Butter Chicken Poutine is an absolute must-try!

The restaurant is generally open for lunch from 11–2 and again for supper hours. Since they’re a family-run business with a small, dedicated team, it’s always a good idea to check their website for up-to-date hours and online ordering. It’s kept current daily, so you’ll always know when they’re ready to serve you something amazing.

The club house on Naan bread with curry chicken is delicious! One of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten!

WOW!!....the best Indian food I've ever had!!.. My favourite part of every visit to grand falls-Windsor....I've tried several dishes now...always fresh, made to order, the chef will spice it as you wish...the food is carefully prepared with pride, and love...the samosas are absolutely amazing, the naan bread is soft, fresh, delicious, the curried lamb melts in your mouth ,tender, beautiful morsels of pure delight...the pad tai is simple, elegant, delicious!...try the Maharaj thali it's like a sampler,,.a little taste of several dishes...so good!!!... the butter chicken is the best I've ever had...I always leave with a full belly and a big smile....
I would be remiss without mentioning the warm greeting, and beautiful smile provided by Kyran,...( the best server ever!)... she'll guide you, give you great advice as to how much you need to order for 1..or 2 ...or 5..help you decide the spice level you want ...your glass will never be empty,,...incredibly attentive...and accommodating...

I just can't say enough about this restaurant, it truly is a very special place...

If you haven't tried E.A.T. ... you're missing out on one of life's great pleasures.... and it's consistently awesome!!...not hit or miss,,..go check it out,...it's going to be your new favourite restaurant!!!!.....

The food, service and restaurant were amazing. Every order was made as requested and the appetizers had great portions.

The mains tasted great and had even had lots of leftover portions depending on what you order. The food had amazing flavor and we will be back again :).
