I really think TH management should take their staff through the McDonald’s just a few doors away to see how to treat customers and how to keep the tables cleared and garbage dealt with. My wife and I make a joke about the TH staff - the Newfoundland women are pretty crude and rough around the edges. There’s no genuine “how are you” and all you hear when you order is “yep”. We’ve never seen the tables wiped and the garbage is all but overwflowing.
The food was great, but with just a handful of people there and I was the only one in the lineup, it took more than 10 minutes before a cashier took my order. I wasn't impressed at all.

My favorite Tim's to head to when I need a coffee! The staff are very friendly, efficient and always serve you with a smile on their face. Can't ask for a better location. Keep up the great work!
