I tried Kylin for the first time a couple weeks ago, and as a person who was never a fan of Chinese cuisine, I can honestly say Chef Wei won me over and completely changed this picky eaters opinion on Chinese food. He is an excellent chef and an absolute sweetheart. This evening I placed an order for pick up, and I forgot to give him my name over the phone.
