I have been to a lot of Tim's, and there is only one thing that stands out with this one. I dread ordering here. Every single time they ask you "is that everything?" with every word you say. Ex: I would like a coffee. " Is that everything?" No with 2 cream in it."Is that everything?" No and another coffee "is that everything?" .... well, you get the point. This is every time I go, not just a rare occasion. Besides that, food and decor are the same as all Tim's, really.... I avoid it when I can out of sheer annoyance.

The food quality here is usually pretty mid. And there is never enough cream in my iced capps, got a nice old egg on my sandwich today too, nice and grey around the yolk ? waste of my money

I was at this store around 930 on march 30, 2024 and purchased a bacon and sausage breakfast sandwich to take to work with me. When i got to my work and opened the sandwich the eggs were green. Totally turned off from buying again.

If your workers are only focused on the drive-through and cannot serve the one customer standing at the cash "because he is standing at the wrong cash machine" while all stairing and knowing damn well he is there. You should probably ONLY do drive-through and lock your front doors !

twice i have been here and have been given a london fog made with coffee. i know it’s a mistake while making the drink because the top says LF and there’s a teabag in it. both times i let them know so hopefully it changes but it sucks to spend 5$ on a drink that you can’t

This tim Hortons has to be the worst in the city ..it is never open for in-store service..at I go here 6 mornings a week on my way to work and at least 2 to 3 of these mornings it is drive through only not everyone has a car either get enough staff to serve customers or shut it down..not open again this morning. I will be contacting head office on this
