the workers need to pay attention to orders. i rarely get what i ordered right. pretty bad i had to buy my own caramel flavour to put in at home after ive already paid for it at the restaurant.
Go there at 10:15 for a turkey bacon club and no buns because baker goes home at 8pm. Said ok can l get a wrap same answer. Don’t need a baker for a wrap. Not a good experience.
Tim Horton’s in Lewisporte does not have enough staff working! Lines are always long & service is slow. Just visited, was waiting in line (outside), there 5 + mins & not one person was served at the line inside. Could not even see anyone at cash. Left before I even got inside the building. The drive-thru was not an option either, line out to the road. I’m not complaining about having to wait, there’s simply not enough staff working to provide good customer service.
