I think it was the manager who walked up to us asking if everything was good and if we needed anything.
First time I felt I was eating in a restaurant instead of a fast food place.
The cleanliness of the place was top notch, and there were beautiful decorations for upcoming holidays. Good luck to all employees and staff.“

“A big Kudos going out to employee, Paris, her manager, and all staff at Mary Browns, Topsail Road branch! I was just trying to make a special birthday for my beautiful hard working niece who just finished up a 12 hour (unpaid I will add) nursing clinical shift so she could come home and rest for her next day. Due to delays outside of their control (specifically uber eats and their unreliability with not one but two drivers) Paris successfully took charge and ensured a fresh meal was delivered! It is employees like these that need to be commended and appreciated! And for her to have the support of her manager was also amazing! In the end, it was worth the wait and the communication during was outstanding. Thank you all! I will also mention that they decided to refund my order which I do appreciate and did not expect, and will work with them to donate that to some less fortunate in our community. “Had the Batter's Box. It came to $29 with a drink. It included 6 pieces of chicken, taters or fries, 2 biscuits and gravy. It wasn't anything to write home about. Could barely taste any seasoning on the chicken or taters and if you don't like dark meat it's a total waste of money. There was only one white piece. The rest was wings and thighs and 1 leg. I can't comment on the biscuit as I never even bothered to try it. ?“

“I called in my order on Monday night for the Festive Feast, for our card club ladies. They were super busy there. I picked up on our arranged time from a very welcoming staff person. The chicken was delicious, hot, & tasty. Thank you for a wonderful meal. This was the Torbay Mary Browns.“

Nothing to do with racism but that one specific Indian employee is so bad behaving and one of the worst person ever to exist.“

“Staff were very nice and pleasant to deal with. Wasn't too busy, the food took a bit to come out but for good reason-- they cooked it then and it didn't sit under a heat lamp for an hour. Place looks a bit boring and sterile but better than a dump.“
