I had an order in Late June and they forgot to put a coleslaw in. When I called they said it would be put in the books for me. Picked up an order tonight and asked about the coleslaw…she said oh that is only good for 30 days. Someone neglected to inform me of this. So they take your money and don’t give what is owed to you. Get home this time and dipping sauces weren’t in. Think I’ll start giving my business elsewhere!
Last night I had $112 order from Mary browns and when we got it and went to eat it the first chicken poppin we picked up had a big long hair hanging off it, turned us, everything we ordered went right in the firepit 🤢🤮
After a hectic week at home with 2 busy boys I decided tonight I wasn't going to cook! I ordered online and accidently ordered the wrong time. I called the store(Blackmark Road) and explained to the employee I had made a mistake and she was very friendly and told me not to worry and she would have my order ready at the correct time. The food was absolutely delicious 😋. One of the best times we have had Mary Brown's.
