“ordered a pizza on Feb. 18, 2022 for pickup at 5 30 pm. when I arrived it was extremely busy! the staff were stellar! they apologized for the delays. some people were annoyed. I thought the staff did their best under the circumstances. my heart went out to the young lady who was working the cash. you were doing a great job my dear! our pizza was great!! many thanks to the delivery driver who help me get out of my parking space!“

“The pizza at Acropolis has been consistently good for as long as I have been ordering from them. It has been well over a decade, and their pizza shop is still one of the best options around!

The delivery times are really quick. It usually takes just under a half hour to arrive at my door from the time I call in an order. You would think this would mean you get either an undercooked or overcooked pizza, but it's never been the case. It has always had great quality in flavor. They have a variety of toppings to choose from; mushrooms, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and jalapenos are my top choices normally.

The shop is really small so I normally prefer to order takeout. There isn't much of an atmosphere for sitting down and eating some pizza, but the actual food itself makes up for that entirely.“

“I give it a 4 because they do make the best pizza around in my opinion. The wings, fantastic. DONAIR IS INCREDIBLE. Cheese fries, incredible when made correctly. The items outside of the pizza and wings are inconsistent. Sometimes it's made wrong, sometimes it's right. The nachos are the worst nachos I've ever had. Like I even said ok I'll try just the cheese nachos and they even messed that up lol. The cheese comes off the chips into a burnt pile on the bottom that is stuck to paper so you can't even peel it off. Sent a message about an error on my order and they didn't bother responding. Didn't surprise me with what I've heard the owner is like. Obviously doesn't care about customer service. Stick with donair, pizza and wings, you'll be happy“

“Well, had a lovely dinner here tonight with my hubby! The food was absolutely delicious, so fresh and tasty... we shared a cranberry and goat cheese salad OMG was soooo good then we shared a big crave donair pizza it was absolutely delicious... worth every penny... and even if the food was not that good, our waitress would have made it good I'm sure... Lexi I believe her name is what a peach, she was fantastic!! I will be back and highly recommend this location.“

“It's a typical dominos. Take out only as there's nowhere to sit down. Staff are always friendly. Service is great and the pizza always seems to be ready within 15 minutes from ordering in the app. Specials are always a good draw, and the rewards are an added bonus.“

“I placed my order online wanted it ready for a specific time, I walked in to pick up my order a few minutes early and they were just finishing boxing up my order. I was greeted immediately and had my order and out the door again in no time.

Parking: It's a small parking lot which is a challenge in a full size pickup, there wasn't many people there as it was only shortly after they opened so wasn't bad this time“

“Had a great sub here - yes, a sub. They are definitely superior to the other guys. Only downside is you can’t see the other toppings in store and have to ask about them, but they’re glad to help you out. Their service was friendly and quick and the bacon cheeseburger oven-baked sub was just perfect. The store was clean and pretty conveniently located on Torbay Road.

None of the pizzas came out of the wood oven blackened which has been our typical experience with wood fired pizzas. We also had the meatballs in marinara sauce which were very flavourful. Definitely worth checking out when in St. John's. Closest pizza to ones we had in Italy.“

“After introducing my kids to a pizzeria in Florida over vacation they’ve been trying to find a pizza that they like the same same here. This is twice sense we got back from Florida we’ve had TRP (once in person and once delivered) and both of my kids said that we have to rate it at 10 out 10. Delivery was less than a half an hour to the East End and the pizza is still hot
A medium pizza was enough to feed me and both kids twice. This time we decided to go with an extra large so we have extras for our movie night and breakfast lol
The only downside to eating in is it’s a small area and once the door is open, it gets cold quickly. This is obviously not a problem During spring and summer.“
